Dr. Scott D. Franklin established Piney Woods Chiropractic in 1994, then operated by Dr. Jason Fowler from 2001 until the building was destroyed by fire in 2015, now Dr. Scott Franklin has built a new office building and has returned to practice as Piney Woods Chiropractic once again opening May, 1, 2024.
